White Rock Farm is a small family farm that raises grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Our simple goal is to provide your family with wholesome, affordable, delicious beef.

Our farm is located in the picturesque town of Little Compton, RI along the Sakonnet River. It’s been in the family for 6 generations, with the 7th generation now growing up on the farm.

Originally the farm was a dairy farm, until the late 1990s. In 2014, after many years of being away, Nelson “Rusty” Cabot and his wife, Erin, moved back to Little Compton to run a beef farm.

Today, we raise our own animals from birth. They are 100% pasture raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished. We utilize rotational grazing to make the most of natural methods to optimize the health of the animals and the pastures. We also grow, harvest, and bale our own hay so we can be assured of the quality being fed to the cattle during the cold season when grass is not available. They also happen to have the most wonderful view in the entire town.

We believe in raising our animals humanely. We start handling them from birth to lower stress. We have a vet available should the animals need them.

Our goal is to produce the best quality of grass-fed, grass-finished beef that has been humanely raised. We are already teaching the 6th & 7th generations what we know and are hoping that they will want to continue raising cattle.

Farm Pickup

You can order from our inventory at any time if you want to come to the farm to pickup your order. Place your order and let us know the best time for you to pickup.

Product Availability

To see the products we have available at this moment, simply click on any product categories to the left. Quantities are limited to what you see. As orders are placed, the quantities go down instantly. We update the inventory as it become available.

There is no minimum order size. You can order anything you see listed.

Naturally, our inventory is changing all the time, and our supply of certain cuts is limited by nature's design of animals. We can help you with any questions you may have about a specific cut or generally how to cook grass-fed grass-finished beef.

Note that all of our products are priced by weight, so the exact pricing will not be known until we select the actual items that will fulfill your order. The shopping cart will show the approximate cost for your order. When the order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with a copy of your order, including the approximate total price.

Neighborhood Delivery

We are now offering Neighborhood Delivery in Little Compton, Tiverton, and Westport. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a group in our region interested in obtaining our beef.
