Order a 100lb box. You will receive a cross section of the different cuts in one convenient box.
An example of what you might receive in a 100lb box is:

~6-10 packages of Premium Cut (ex.: Ribeyes, Porthouse, T-Bone, Steak Tips)
~12-16 packages of Steak cuts (ex.: London Broil, Chuck Steak, Eye of Round Steak, ect)
~4-6 packages of Ribs (ex.: Short Ribs)
~2-4 packages of Roast cuts (ex.: Brisket, Pot Roast, etc)
~50 packages of Ground Beef
~2-4 packages of Stew Beef
~2-4 packages of Specialty Cuts

You would need about 5 cubic feet of freezer space to store this amount of beef.
